In which the protagonist fearlessly conquers her writer's block

... and writes her statement of purpose.

Technically, I'm on the fourth (or probably, fifth) statement of purpose I've written. The first bunch were all six sentences long and ended when I realized that I didn't have anything to say. I still don't have anything to say - but I managed to expand not saying it into almost a page. And, more impressive, I made a point. Alas, I should have been an English major.
